" Yesterday, 29Nov12, I became aware that the City's building code enforcement dregs visited the scene of the crime. Previously, the Fire Department and Police had visited (omitted) and his merry band of criminals. They noted the illegal construction and hazards. Both the police and the Fire Department were very sympathetic to the victims; the people who rented the garage as storage space to (omitted). So... the illegal construction info was then passed to the City's building code enforcement folks, who then sent out one of their bottomfeeders to get to the bottom of it all. He met with the business owners and heard the story of how (omitted) and crew had hijacked their storage space and turned it into apartments that (omitted) was then renting to assorted meth scum. He saw the scene of the crime.
He then concluded that it was the business owner's fault because, and I quote, they "should have known" exactly what (omitted) had in mind and exactly what (omitted) would do once he was allowed to rent storage space. In other words, the City of Ukiah, through their representative, has basically stated that it was the woman's fault that she was raped because she entered the bar wearing suggestive clothing and she should have known that the men in the bar would have raped her. That is EXACTLY the same thing. It didn't stop there. Now, the City of Ukiah... according to this dreg, intends to PUNISH the business owner by citing her landlord for the illegal construction because, well, the business owner should have known... and of course, the landlord should have known, etcetera.
Later that same day, I spoke to Tom Taylor, the PIG-IN-CHARGE of illegal camping issues at the Ukiah Police Department. That's right, PIG. A police officer would protect and serve. Tom is no police officer. Tom Taylor reiterated the retarded and MORALLY DEFICIENT "blame the woman for being raped" argument. Basically, he let me know that someone had to be held responsible. He knows that (omitted) and crew have no money, so holding them responsible would be rather pointless. It is about MONEY... not about right and wrong, or punishing those who did wrong. It is about exploiting the situation for what it is worth... and that means going after the elderly owner of the building, who had no idea at all that any of this was going on. Screw her. Perhaps she will have a heart attack and the city can get the money a little easier....
Every other Ukiah California business owner, or prospective business owner should understand that this is what they can expect from their city government. The City of Ukiah and Mendocino County are DIRECTLY RESPONSIBLE for massive infux of crud, like (omitted) . They are attracted to the City and County because of its liberal DOPE POLICIES. So, using the city's own warped logic, the City of Ukiah and Mendocino County should have known that their liberal dope policies would have resulted in the attack on many, including these specific business owners, by frauds like (omitted) .
The City should cite itself, because the City bears far more responsibility for this specific problem, and problems just like this that are impacting the good, honest citizens and BUSINESS OWNERS in this City and County. ...
This isn't the first time that the City of Ukiah and Mendocino County has protected drug dregs that have caused injury to this specific business owner. A few years back, other meth heads targeted the business. They broke in, stole everything that wasn't nailed down, and destroyed everything they could not steal. This is no exaggeration. The bungling City cops who showed up did little. They did talk to one of the perpetrators, and promptly tell him to get on his way. Yours truly managed to track down the guy as he moved the stolen goods. The meth head attacked me with a baseball bat.
The business owner had to call the cops back out, and they found me about 6 blocks away still chasing the guy. The cops were pissed that they had to come back and deal with it. They gave ME an attitude. They managed to arrest the guy... somehow. At the court hearing, the perpetrator... a relative of the County's voter registrar, claimed that he had a "drug problem" (no kidding), and that pretty much was that. Destroy a store. Wipe out a family's income. Attack a crippled man with a baseball bat... here's your "get out of jail free card", courtesy of the cruds in charge of Ukiah, and Mendocino County.

Today, I received an email stating that (omitted) is going to be arrested for fraud, forging checks of one of the women that were illegally camped with him, according to another that had been camping there too. Apparently, they packed their crap up today, and are fleeing. That's right... fleeing. I wouldn't expect Tom Taylor to have run a background check on (omitted) , to see that he was previously convicted of fraud. Tom is far too busy blaming others because they weren't born psychic.

The city employed the "It's A Civil Issue" Game; ;ignored the illegal camping, left the clear hazard in place, failed to notify those who might be impacted by it all, and had the gall to ticket someone who wasn't even involved.
